Losing everything familiar was hard on him, and when Max first arrived at the shelter, he was understandably very fearful. With patience, kindness, and lots of Churu tubes, Max has begun to relax—and now he’s decided that this place (and the people in it) is actually pretty great.<br/><br/>Max is a gentle, loving boy who just needed time to feel safe again.
