Meet Mavis
Meet Mavis, a sweet small 14 year old cat with a lot of love and spunk to give the world! Mavis has been with us for almost 2 years after being relinquished when her owners moved away. Mavis is a sweetheart of a cat to people with a silly little personality at times. She spent her first 12 years being an only pet, so she isn't the fondest of the other cats, although she has learned to tolerate them very well. Mavis really shines with people, she absolutely adores them. Mavis likes to cuddle up next to people and receive a lot of pets and attention. She is also very good at holding conversations and meows while getting attention. She will follow you around too since she likes being close to people. Mavis isn't the most playful cat, although she does like to go after wand toys or occasionally gets the zoomies. She really enjoys curling up high in a cat tree under a sunny spot and next to a window where she can watch birds or nap the day away. Mavis would do well in a home with older children and although she would rather be an only pet, she may tolerate cats.
