Maverick's Story

This little white and gray warrior is a playful and inquisitive fellow on the search for adventure. He loves to stalk, pounce, and play. Though he is a true "hunter" in his home, Maverick is also very loving and enjoys being near his people.
Maverick has been on a brave journey. He is a FIP survivor who has beaten the odds. He is currently in the observation phase of his treatment and is doing wonderfully well. Because of nerve damage from his FIP battle, he has special needs. He is incontinent and requires manual assistance for both bladder and bowel elimination to stay healthy. He handles this routine with grace and is happy as can be.
While he can jump up on things, Maverick does not jump as high as most cats. He would appreciate a cute little set of stairs to reach a high bed if needed. He is looking for a home that includes another friendly feline friend. He loves to wrestle and play so having a buddy to pounce on would make him so happy. He brings energy and fun to any room. He is ready to bring curiosity, companionship, and a dash of mischief to his forever family.
To meet Maverick contact his foster parent, Sheila, in Tigard, at sheilab@meowvillage.org
NOTE: Meow Village is an all foster-based rescue, so all questions and inquiries about the kitties should be directed to their foster families. Thank you!
