Maven's Story

Maven is a gorgeous dilute calico born in April 2012. This poor girl has been returned multiple times when her owners could no longer care for her. Maven is a great fit for an older person but she needs an owner who will be around for the rest of her life. She is on thyroid medication twice a day and has irritable bowel syndrome (these meds are all pretty cheap!). She does have some issues with not using the litter box, likely tied to her IBS. Maven is very sweet, not bothered by cats or dogs, but would prefer a quiet home where she can have a place to retreat. She is friendly and chatty and would be a great lap kitty. She wants to be involved in everything you do! Maven will come to you for brushing and pets every evening. Her fur is so soft, like a bunny!
