Maureen

Maureen is a quiet girl who keeps to herself. She is very independent and still needs help learning that not all humans are mean. She loves to run, climb and attack blankets and kick toys.<br/><br/>This girl was found under a dumpster with 3 kittens. She was starving and two of her kittens failed to thrive. Her surviving kitten found a new home and it is Maureen's turn. She has plumped up and is happy and healthy!<br/><br/>She is still not quite a lap cat but she loves being petted and scratched. <br/><br/>She does have limits but she is easy to read when it is getting to be too much. She does not like to be picked up, but it is very easy to lure her where you want with wet food.<br/><br/>Maureen does not like to be made to do something she does not want to do, but she can be convinced with a treat. She is very food motivated.<br/><br/>She uses the litter box very well. However, it must be large and have high sides or she hangs over.<br/><br/>Maureen is not fond of cats/dogs/kids and will need a home where she can be the only cat.
