Matty "Madison"

Matty is 8 years old and is super sweet but a little shy, especially around young kids and probably around other energetic pets. He prefers not to be picked up and isn't a big fan of going into the carrier (but we expect would do better as he builds trust).<br/><br/>With adults or older kids, he is amazing - he just wants to be near you. If you are sitting down, he will ask to be pet for a short stint before walking away to lay somewhere nearby. He rarely meows, and he has never been aggressive in the several months that we've had him, even when he is nervous around his foster's toddler. <br/><br/>He loves to lay in the sunshine, to play with the fluffy feather-duster type toys with you, and to lay next to you in bed at night.
