Mattie is a very people friendly cat. She is a fan favorite amoung staff and volunteers! This silly girl has her quirks. Sometimes Mattie appears to get angry at her tail. She meows and chases it for a moment. Mattie has been examined by the veterinarian to rule out obvious reasons for her tail to bother her or be painful. No obvious reasons have been found. We've nicknamed her tail Steve. Sometimes Mattie doesn't want Steve around.
