Mattie's Story

Mattie!

Sweet Mattie is coming back to the rescue. We are so sad for her. She was adopted about a year and a half ago but unfortunately, there is a small dog in the home that attacks both she and the other cat relentlessly. They are constantly terrified and spend most of their time in a room, separated from the dog. The owner has done everything to try to get the dog to stop, training, etc., but he is persistent.

Mattie definitely needs a home with NO DOGS. She hasn’t had a great experience with them so let’s not put her in that position again. A quiet home may be best for her and someone who will let her decompress and get used to their home slowly. She likes to be brushed and petted and she does well with the other cat in the home. She may enjoy sitting by you while you watch TV or read a book; she doesn’t have that opportunity right now.

Mattie is about 2.5 years old. If you think your home might be the purrfect one for her, please submit an application. Adoption fee is $80.

http://bit.ly/4Paws1HeartCatAdoption

The fastest way to get in the queue for adoption is to complete our application:
http://bit.ly/4Paws1HeartCatAdoption

Meet & greets are scheduled following reference checks.

To see a full album of available cats and kittens, visit us on FB: To see a full album of available cats and kittens, visit us on FB: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.1872378912886831&type=3
