Matteo (Bonded with Midge)

Matteo is an incredibly sweet 9 year old boy who is still learning to trust new faces. Right now, he is quite shy and tends to keep himself tucked away on a perch or in a quiet corner. But with some one-on-one time and a slow, gentle approach, you will quickly see just how wonderful Matteo truly is. With a soft touch and a calm voice, he will nuzzle into your hand for pets. Matteo is full of love; he just needs time to warm up and get to know you. <br/><br/>Matteo's purrfect home is a peaceful oasis, free from loud noises and lots of commotion. A quiet, adult-only household would be the best fit for him. He will need a patient and understanding family who will allow him the time and space he needs to build his confidence at his own pace. Matteo gets along well with other cats and has a special bond with his sister Midge, feeling more secure with her by his side. They must be adopted together as a pair! Matteo is healthy and uses his litter box well. <br/><br/>Matteo may be shy at first, but trust us, this lovely black panther is worth the wait. His heart is full of love and companionship, just waiting to be shared. Once he finds his furrever home, watching him continue to come out of his shell will be a truly magical experience.
