Master Oogway's Story

Master Oogway ("Oogie")
Tortie | Playful | Affectionate | Cat-friendly

Oogie has fully embraced indoor life and is now a certified cuddle bug in training. This beautiful tortoiseshell ("tortie") was rescued from a vacant lot in Downtown Long Beach and has blossomed into a loving, expressive companion with just the right amount of classic tortie personality (tortitude).

She still has her playful, feisty energy - chasing feathers-on-a-string and bunny-kicking crinkly catnip toys - but these days she also loves being picked up, held, and snuggled. When you hold her, she'll gently nuzzle into your elbow, which is about as sweet as it gets. She's not quite a lap cat yet, but she's getting closer every day.

Oogie enjoys the company of other cats and would happily play with a feline friend, but she also appreciates her independent moments, making her likely to adjust well to a variety of home environments.

She's affectionate, energetic, and full of personality - the kind of cat who will keep you entertained and then melt into your arms for a cuddle.

If you're looking for a playful companion with a soft heart (and strong cuddle potential), Oogie might be your perfect match.
