Mary Reed's Story

Mary Reed is a one-year-old girl who was found living among a feral colony but was the furthest from being a feral cat herself! Sweet and social from the get-go, we knew we had to find this baby a foster home and give her a chance at living a spoiled, indoor life.

Mary absolutely loves head scratches, belly rubs and laying in a sunny, window spot! She loves to curl up in her bed, on her tower, or on top of her favorite blanket and snooze in between bouts of play. She is litterbox trained and not destructive!

She loves kids and does beautifully with them! Although she is currently the only pet in her foster home, she has had positive interactions with other cats and would likely do well with a playmate or as the only cat.

Mary Reed is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and prevention and ready for a family!

Our Mission
Since 2001, we have been able to rescue homeless or abused dogs and cats. The numbers of animals we save depends on funds we have available to cover the cost of rescue as well as volunteers willing to act as foster parents until permanent homes can be found. We are very fortunate to house some of our foster cats and kittens...
