Marvin's Story

Marvin's owner experienced severe trauma (with Marvin present) and, as a result, struggles with panic attacks around Marvin. While she cares about him, she is no longer able to give him the love and attention he deserves as she seeks emotional help for herself. Through no fault of his own, Marvin is now in need of a new home.

Meet Marvin:
Approximately 9 years old
Blind in one eye
Cauliflower ear
FIV+
Neutered
Needs a dental

We don't know yet how Marvin will do with children, dogs, or other cats but we will update his profile as he decompresses in his foster home. A home visit is sometimes conducted and, if the adopter is approved, arrangements are made for the adopter to meet the cat (s)he is interested in adopting. If it's a good match, the adopter pays the adoption fee, signs an adoption contract, and the cat goes to its new home.
