Meet Marty, a charming, incredibly playful kiddo who's obsessed with his string toys--his foster tells us he'll often lead her to where they're kept and will continue to impress you with his jumping ability until you put it away. This one-year-old boy was found in the Bronx with his sister, and besides play-time, he enjoys looking out the window, getting the zoomies and sleeping with his person at night.
