Martha *FELV*'s Story

Martha is a timid and quiet 2 year old girl who came to us as a stray. She can be a little shy and stand offish at first but once she gets to know you she will come right up for pets and is a spunky sassy girl with a funny personality. Her favorite past time is finding a comfy spot and just being cozy. <br/>Martha does have Feline Leukemia which means that will most likely have a shorter life span than most cats. FELV is contagious to other cats so she would need to be an only cat or live in a home with other FELV positive cats. She is currently in one of our small open rooms with another cat who has leukemia named Barnaby and they get along fine but sometimes Barnaby is a little too playful for her sometimes.<br/><br/>Please apply at Whsadopt.org if you are interested in her. There is no adoption fee for FELV cats.
