Marshmellow's Story

Marshmellow is a silly male cat with a great personality. He’s about 5 years old and is all white, other than a couple spots of gray. Marshy came to us when his owner could no longer care for him. He’s thriving and having a great time with his foster family!

Marshy is a well-rounded, affectionate kitty. He is quite playful, especially for an adult cat, and loves toys of all kinds. Marshmellow also likes to explore cardboard boxes and packing paper, tunnels and tents. He likes playtime with his people, and he also likes playing with other cats.

Marshmellow is a very loving little guy He’s very friendly and warms up quickly to new people. Marshy likes to give head butts and cuddle with you in bed. Although he’s not (yet) a lap cat, his foster says Marshmellow loves attention from his people.

Marshmellow can entertain himself when he’s having a nice rest. He loves looking out the window at the wildlife, and he will be happy with beds and cats trees by the windows. At nap time, he likes having a nice soft blanket to knead and put in his mouth when he’s feeling cozy. Marshmellow will sleep on your bed at night, curled up by your legs. .

Marshmellow is considered a special needs cat because of his allergies. He easily takes his pill each day and loves getting some extra attention afterwards!

Marshmellow’s allergy test indicated he’s allergic to dogs. For this reason he might not do well in a home with dogs. He likes other cats and would do well with a playful cat buddy, or as an only cat with plenty of playtime. He would do well with respectful children too

If you are interested in adopting Marshmellow or any of our cats, please send in an application from our website.

https://www.orangestreetcats.org/adopt.html

or email us at:

osc@orangestreetcats.org

Note: Orange Street Cats is currently following an adoption model that gives you support while getting to know your new cat. In the first few weeks with your new cat or kitten, you will provide a loving home. This gives you and your family an opportunity to be sure this is a good fit for both your family and your new cat. Our adoption team is available during and after the transition period to make sure our adopters and our cats are happy together!
