Marshmallow's Story
Meet Marshmallow!
Marshmallow is a big, lovable Siamese mix with a mysterious past and plenty of affection to share. He appeared one day in someone’s yard in a small farming town, looking for attention. No one claimed him, but this friendly boy made it clear that he wanted people to love.

Around 5 years old, Marshmallow enjoys being close to his people and sleeping on his foster’s bed. He is an extremely affectionate companion who would love to be the center of someone’s world.

Marshmallow prefers to be the leading kitty in the household. He can be bossy with other male cats, so we think he would be happiest as your only cat, though he may do well with an easygoing female. Besides other cats he currently lives with a large puppy and is still deciding how he feels about his canine housemate.

Marshmallow is healthy, neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and has tested negative for FeLV/FIV. He also recently had a dental procedure recommended by our veterinarian and is thriving.

This sweet boy is ready for a family—and a cozy bed—to call his own. To meet Marshmallow, please complete an adoption questionnaire at www.southerncountiesrescue.org.
