Marley's Story
Marley is a sweetheart - equal parts loyal and independent. She'll come when you call but is also happy lounging around on her own and enjoying the day. She seems to enjoy the outdoors, but she tends to stay close to home and safety. We have tried indoor-at-night sleeping options for her, but she has preferred sleeping outside but in a safe, high, protected place. That may change as she gets older.

That said, Marley enjoys being near her humans and will be vocal as she greets you. She is not really a lap cat, at least not yet. She loves to play with 'chase' toys, including wand-and-feather fun.

Marley has been cared for by us since her time as a kitten in a local cat colony. She was spayed and vaccinated early on, and monitored for a year until we could usher her into foster care. Given her early time on the streets, she is smart, but appreciates being near her folks and her regular meals.

In her days on the street, she got along well with her sibling kittens / cats. However, she gets territorial with other new cats around. Contact LuAnn at 501-617-7595.
