Mario is a sweet and somewhat shy boy who loves his pets! Once he’s comfortable in his new home, he is very social and lets you hear his loud purr when you pet him. He is very playful and loves to play with his brother, where they can turn anything into a toy! Mario loves Churu treats and will come running when he knows they’re coming out. We aren’t sure how Mario is with other cats or dogs, but he would love to be adopted with his brother, Lui. Kittens under the age of nine months MUST have another age-appropriate cat or dog in their home, or as otherwise noted. PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO SUITABLE APPLICATIONS FOR SIBLINGS. *If certain kitten names are not listed, it is because they have been adopted. As we often receive numerous applications for each cat or kitten, we will only contact applicants who best suit the needs of the cat or kitten. Home at Last Rescue's Adoption Policy

Completed adoption applications are reviewed by an adoption coordinator and foster home. If suitable for cat/kitten, they will be contacted for a phone interview. A vet check is also done. If interview and vet check are satisfactory, a meet & greet (either virtual or in person, at discretion of foster) with foster home and cat is arranged. If is it determined to be a suitable match for both the adopter and cat, adoption is approved. Payments and contract are completed virtually and pickup is arranged.
