From Marina's foster mom:<br/>Marina is a sassy girl with a need for a loving and understanding home. Marina came to Alaqua without much hair and was miserable. She was diagnosed as having a food allergy as well as being allergic to other things. She was put on a special diet and given oral steroids. She is now thriving in a foster home; all of her hair has grown back and her spirit has been healing. She cannot eat anything but the special food and unfortunately will probably be on oral steroids (given every other day at the moment) for the rest of her life, but that does not stop her. She is very content to watch tv with you while laying on your lap. She does like to lay on your chest while giving you head rubs and purrs quietly while making biscuits on you. Marina has a playful side that has come out. Marina is not fond of dogs or other cats at the moment, however she has been separated from other cats in the foster home due to her diet restrictions. Marina is looking for a loving home where she can thrive and call her own. Her sassiness will come out from time to time, but with the right home and understanding her it will be her loving nature that will win you over. <br/><br/>Please let us know if you have a heart for Marina and helping her thrive in a forever home.
