When the rescue found me, I was very sick and living in a backyard full of dangers with my 10 siblings. Thankfully we were all rescued, and that’s when my life finally started to change for the better. My foster mom named me Marilyn because of the little beauty mark on my face—she says it reminds her of Marilyn Monroe!<br/><br/>I’m a very sweet and loving girl who enjoys playtime, but I’m also surprisingly calm for a kitten. My foster mom says she’s always amazed by how I just melt into her hands when she holds me. Once I know I’m safe, I love being close to my people and soaking up all the affection.<br/><br/>It did take me a little time to come out of my shell and learn how to fully enjoy the indoor cat life, but now I’m ready to find my forever family. I live with other cats right now and get along great with everyone. I’m easygoing and friendly, so I can do well as an only cat or in a home with other animals. I’m even dog, and kid friendly! Mostly, I’m just a gentle, loving girl looking for a safe home, a soft bed, and someone to share my heart with.<br/><br/>I am up to date on vaccines, negative for FIV/FELV and have been spayed and chipped.
