Marie's Story

Marie is a cuddly, active girl about 4 years old. She is equally as playful as she is a snuggler! She loves batting various different toys around the house throughout the day, and she gets zoomies often! But when she isn't off in her own little world playing, she's asking for hugs and cuddles. She'll reach up onto your shoulders for hug and likes to give kisses. Her favorite spots to nap are on your lap, or up high in cat trees or a cozy cat bed. She's incredibly friendly and warms up to new people quickly.

In a past foster home she had developed stress cystitis likely due to being stressed out from big dogs and small children but she has blossomed in her current dog and child-free foster home, so she would prefer a home without dogs and kids! While she mainly prefers the company of her people, she coexists well with other cat-friendly cats (her foster buddy Rose is also available for adoption!). She would probably do great as an only cat too. She has had entropion surgery on both eyes, so they water occasionally but that's normal and doesn't bother her.

She is spayed, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, tested for FIV/FeLV, and up-to-date on all of her vaccinations. Looking for a snuggly, playful, social pal? Apply to adopt Marie!

If you're interested in adopting, the first step is to fill out the application here:
http://bit.ly/3VDJfhm
