Marie's Story

Meet Marie! She was very loved by her owner, an amazing animal lover who dedicated many years to Seminole County Animal Services who unexpectedly passed away. Marie and another senior kitty, Tommy, are now suddenly left in this world without their beloved human. They were raised by their human from tiny baby kitties and now they are looking for a soft spot to land and live out their lives. We are looking for fur-ever homes for them as soon as possible. They do not have to be adopted together.<br/><br/>Marie is a spayed 15-year-old Hemmingway (she has extra toes!) As you can imagine, Marie is grieving and dealing with the loss of her owner, and is on the quiet/shy side with new people, but once she gets comfortable, she's a sweet girl. Marie has lived her entire life indoors. We do not want to cause more stress by moving her to the shelter, so please let us know if you're interested in setting up a meet and greet and taking one of these sweet babies home.
