Margo's Story
Meet Margo! This sweet, loving, shy lady initially came into the SPCA as a stray with a fish hook in her lip. She was adopted but sadly returned due to the home not being a good fit. She is looking for a calm home to spoil her and show her what love is. Margo is friendly and affectionate cat, though she might be a little nervous and like to hide at first in a new environment. Given the time to adjust though, Margo will be the one-year-old gray-and-white fluffball you've been missing. She's shy-might ghost you for a week-but then one day she'll just... appear. In your lap. Like she owns it. Loves to stare at you from across the room with those big judgment eyes, deciding if you're worthy, then finally decides yes and starts doing laps around your legs until you pet her. And every so often she gets these adorable little zoomies, sprinting figure-eights like she's training for cat olympics, then flops right back down against you, breathing hard, totally pleased. Pick her up? Nah, she's a lap-on-the-floor kinda girl.
She has been diagnosed with a urinary condition which may cause her to have accidents outside the litter box in times of stress. To help prevent this from happening she is now on a special urinary stress diet which it is recommended she continue on. Give her a shallow tray, real litter like corn, scoop daily, and poof-zero accidents in two weeks at her foster home. She's sensitive like that. But give her stability and she'll give you loyalty.
In many ways Margo is a cat who seems to prefer peace and predictability over chaos. She is searching for a quiet, calm home without dogs or children as these will stress her out. She may be alright with another cat who is easygoing as long as slow introductions are done and she doesn't become stressed. Margo is looking for that special someone who will make her feel safe

If you are interested in adopting please apply online at the link below
https://spca.bc.ca/adoption/cat-pre-adoption-questionnaire/ Primary Color: Grey Secondary Color: White Weight: 3.67kg Age: 1yrs 5mths 2wks Animal has been Spayed
