Marge - CHOW HOUND - ADOPTION PENDING

Meet Marge, a voluptuous black and white girl who was surrendered to a nearby county animal shelter because she didn't like the family dog. Marge was stressed by the shelter environment and not doing well.....who could blame her? when Second Chance was asked if we would take her in we said yes!

Marge is a great cat. She is super friendly, loves pets and is eager for human affection. While briefly at the shelter, Marge seemed to prefer her own company versus mixing with the other cats. We think Marge would be a wonderful solo pet for someone who wants a couch buddy. The Chow Hound staff are in love with her.

Marge would do best with a single adopter, a couple, or a family with older respectful kids. Being your one and only is preferable even though she may get along with one other laid back kitty not looking for a friend. Marge has not been routinely assertive or aggressive, just a bit reclusive from the other cats. We think Marge is amazing and will honestly make an adopter one awesome companion!

If you would like to meet this unforgettable gal she can be found at Burton St. Chow Hound 2490 Burton St. SE, Grand Rapids.

Marge has been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Marge has an approximate birthdate of 08/12/2021. Her adoption fee is $95.

If you are interested in Marge or any of the cats at Second Chance Cats of West Michigan, go to sccatswm.org/adopt to fill out an application, or stop in during open hours on Fridays from 11-2 or Saturdays and Sundays from 11-4.

Please note - we can only adopt to those who live within a one hour drive of Grand Rapids.

Thank you!
