I'm an incredibly smart kitty!<br/><br/>“My name is Marcy and I survived tropical storm Imelda along with my mom and my brother Darcy, but since then I’ve been kind of slow to warm up in new situations. After the storm we were caught and lived with our rescuers for quite a while, but they have a busy household with a lot of fur babies; they knew I needed a new home so I could get the attention I deserve. I really need a home that is calm and quiet and an adopter or adopters with patience. <br/><br/>I’m very playful and love to play and climb my tree towers. I’m really not a fan of other kitties so I will need to be the only pet in your home. I’m sort of a “hands off” kind of kitty, but I do like sit in the room with you and study you and will come up close to see what you’re doing; I’m a very curious girl. I know it will take me a while to get comfortable in a new home, but I’m ready to do the work. Your time and patience will pay off, I’m sure. Give this smart, shy girl a chance.”
