Maple Maple is a female Torti DSH DOB: June of 2024 Adoption fee: $75.00 I am a very loving and overly affection girl. I really enjoy receiving attention and actively seek it out! I am also a very curious girl; I like to get into things and explore new things. I am very playful, I enjoy playing with toys and the other cats. I am goofy and silly, Ill be sure to make you laugh. I have a huge personality that grows more and more each day. While I do have a lot of energy, I really enjoy a good nap cuddled up with my siblings. I am super sweet and easy going! I would do okay in a home with another cat looking for a playmate, I would also be okay as an only cat! I would do okay in a home with a cat friendly dog with a proper and slow introduction. I should do okay in a home with older children who are respectful of my boundaries, due to the fact I use my nails. I enjoy being picked up and held!

Humane Society of South Central Michigan's Adoption Policy

You MUST submit all applications through our website, www.hsscm.org. We do NOT receive queries from petfinder! All adoptions begin with an application. If you are interested in adopting a dog, you need to first fill out an adoption application. Applications are available on our website under the 'adoption' tab or at our shelter on Watkins Road. After your application is processed and approved, we have you go into an adoption counsel with one of our staff members. During your counsel, we will talk to you about the dog that you are interested in, answer any questions you may have, and let you spend some one-on-one time with the pet. If you have another dog in the home, we will also do a dog-to-dog match-up before you fill out the adoption paperwork. Home visits are occasionally required, depending on the pet.
