Manny

Manny is going on two years old. He is a FIP Survivor and just completed his treatment Aug. 1st. He was brought in for bloodwork however, vets refused as they said he would not survive. Manny was on the edge of death. Once treatment started Manny made a comeback. He was brought back two weeks later for bloodwork but after his exam his chest, lungs and abdomen were all been clear. Two weeks prior Manny was in respiratory distress. <br/><br/><br/>Update: Manny for the first time has started accepting affection and is mellowing out a bit. He allowed hugs and pats without becoming overly stimulated. He returned the affection with licks not nips. He is a gorgeous boy. He survived a virus that was 100 percent fatal. This boy is looking for his forever home in a stress free environment. If you feel Manny is a good fit please contact us. <br/><br/>Manny loves toys, especially springs and wands with the tassels. Manny needs a calm environment to keep stress levels down especially after surviving FIP which may have brought it on after bejng placed in a foster with young kids. We are also with holding his yearly booster until we recieve some answers regarding FIP recovery and vaccines. So far Manny is doing amazing through the observation period. He is maintaining weight and is active. We think all that energy was built up prior to FIP and he didn't have the energy to release it. He has become a totally different furbaby since this profile was first put up.
