Mango is a dapper, long-coated stunner with a heart of gold and a personality that is exactly "the right amount" of everything.<br/><br/>💧 The Hydration Specialist<br/>Mango is not your average water drinker. He is a Water Bowl Architect. He believes that water is meant to be splashed, paddled in, and thoroughly rearranged.<br/><br/>The Routine: If there is water, Mango will be in it.<br/><br/>The Result: His water bowl is never, ever clean. Consider yourself warned: your new hobby will be rinsing and refilling his bowl several times a day. He considers this a "fun group activity."<br/><br/>🐾 A Man of Many Friendships<br/>Mango is the ultimate social bridge. He’s spent his time at the sanctuary befriending the elderly and hospice cats, proving he has an "old soul" wisdom. But his true masterpiece is his relationship with Apricot. These two are the ultimate "Yin and Yang" bonded partners-in-crime. They are a package deal, a matching set, and a two-for-one deal on love.<br/><br/>⚠️ A Note on the "Fine Print"<br/>Mango is a bit of a "sensitive soul" when it comes to the chaos of life:<br/><br/>The Startle Factor: Loud noises, dropping things, and fast movements turn Mango into a bl//ur of fur as he retreats to safety but recovers quickly. Because he’s a bit of a nervous Nellie regarding sudden surprises, he is strictly an indoor-only boy. No catios, no leashes, just the comfort of a safe, quiet living room.<br/><br/>The Grooming Needs: He’s great at keeping his long coat tidy now, but as a distinguished gentleman, he’ll eventually need some help from you with regular grooming sessions.<br/><br/>Children: He hasn't had much experience with little humans, but we think he’d do just fine—as long as the children understand that "sudden loud noises" make Mango want to hide.<br/><br/>💖 Why He’s Still Waiting<br/>Mango hasn't been passed over because there's anything wrong with him; he’s been passed over because he was waiting for you. He is looking for a home that appreciates a laid-back, cuddly boy who will rub against your legs for attention and gaze into your soul.<br/><br/>If you have room in your heart (and a few extra towels for the water station), Mango and Apricot are ready to turn your house into a home soon.<br/><br/>We are accepting applications for this dynamic duo however due to Apricot's surgeries they/she will not be ready to go until June 17th 2026.
