Mango (dob 07/2024) was surrendered to Safe Haven in June 2025. <br/><br/>Some of the cats like to play with toys and others can be petted. <br/>Some like Mango have a long way to go. He loves to play with wand toys, especially something with feathers. <br/><br/>Mango is venturing outside his comfort zone, enjoying time in the sun from his place by the window.<br/><br/>Mango is making friends with other cats in the room; especially, Sissy, Sara and Petunia.<br/><br/>Volunteers that have been working with Mango are making progress.<br/>He allows pets with the scratching stick and enjoys squeeze ups off the scratching stick.<br/><br/>It’s time to seek out cat savvy adopters with experience raising or interacting with semi-feral cats, who would enjoy the socializing process and the rewards of rescuing these stunning felines.<br/><br/>To visit the shelter located at the Thrift Shop/Cattail Farm, 1784 Post Road, Wells, ME (Route 1), please go to our website and fill out an adoption application.
