Mamacotti's Story
Hello there… I’m Mamacotti. Yes, like the pasta.

Around here, I’m known as the beautiful gray tabby mama with the gorgeous golden eyes and the sleek coat. I got my name because when I arrived at the sanctuary with my babies, we had a whole little pasta family going on. My kittens all had pasta names too! They’ve since grown up and been adopted into wonderful homes… and now it’s finally my turn to find a family of my very own.

I’ll be honest with you, I’m a little shy at first. New places and new people can make me nervous, so I may hide when we first meet. But if you give me time and patience, you’ll see that I’m opening up more every single day. Once I feel safe, I really enjoy being petted and loved on. Head scratches are one of my absolute favorite things.

I also have a playful side! I love running around, chasing toys, and anything filled with catnip instantly gets my attention. And when it’s treat time? Oh, I’m there. Especially when visitors come by with those yummy lickable treats.

I recently had a dental, so my teeth are all nice and clean and I’m feeling great.

If you come looking for me, I’m the sleek gray tabby wearing a pretty purple collar. Just remember, if I hide at first it’s only because I need a little time to feel safe. My new family will need to understand that I may take a bit to adjust, but I promise I’m worth the wait.

You can come meet me every day from 1–5 PM. Maybe you’re the family I’ve been waiting for.

My new perfect family NEEDS to understand that it WILL take me a while to adjust at first and I WILL hide as I settle in. Give me time, patience, and use food as a tool to get me out of my shell — I really am a wonderful cat.

I am fully vetted: spayed, microchipped, FIV&FeLV negative, treated for fleas/ticks/and intestinal parasites, and up-to-date on all my vaccinations. I have excellent litter box habits. I require an indoor-only home and, as with all cats — absolutely no declawing.

If you are interested in adopting Mamaco, please come visit… we are open daily from 1-5pm (including holidays)… we need to meet you in person! If you have any questions, feel free to email us at info@furballcats.com or message us on Facebook: Furball Farm Cat Sanctuary.
