Mama Maisie (working cat)'s Story

Hello, my name is Mama Maisie. I am a 2 yr old FEMALE domesticated mixed breed, current on vaccinations - rabies, distemper, dewormed, and spayed

Im very shy & don't like people much but I get along with other cats. would perfer a heated barn or straw home to burrow in, so when it gets cold outside I can go in and out. I'd be a great mouser.
HHP became my temporary home in hopes of finding a forever home. Please come by and see if I’m a match for your farm or ranch. If you couldn't provide me with food water and shelter, I can help you catch your mice and keep your barn area safe and healthy from rodents.

Adoption Fee is partially sponsored at $35
This fee pays for the vaccinations, spay/neuter, boarding, food, and overall care of all the animals at the shelter.

*If you're unable to adopt, please consider donating or volunteering your time to these deserving animals currently living at HHP. They require care and love on a daily basis, which adds up monetarily. Our shelter is funded by donations and adoption fees alone. The need is great within our community and your support matters.

If you have questions, please stop by any day between 1pm-6pm. Contact our office at (406) 896-1700 or Angie (406) 860-8735.
