Mama Loofah's Story

Mama Loofah came to us from a county shelter soon after she gave birth to her three soap bubble babies. Despite her being the best mama, two of her babies—Burt’s Bees and L’Oreal—passed soon after leaving the shelter. To give him the best chance at life, her final baby (Old Spice, with foster) was separated for intensive care. After being relieved of her mama duties, Loofah reverted back to being a bit of a kitten herself! She’s a tiny girl with a big voice and lots of playful energy. Once she was vetted, she was placed with other less social fosters and frequently plays rough with her much bigger foster brother. Loofah is incredibly social with her foster mama and the other foster kitties, though she’s not much of a lap cat—she prefers drive-by pets and headbutts in between tearing the heads off of her kicker toys. She would do well in a stimulating home with a playful kitty friend or two!
