Mama Goose's Story

Mama Goose is a curious girl that loves to explore. She is a striking tabby that exudes elegance and confidence, but don’t let her good looks distract you from her intelligence. After her three kittens were born, she quickly learned that whenever the scale came out and her kittens were weighed, she would get a treat. Even though this was scary for her, she was always on her best behavior and would sit next to the scale to enjoy her Churu. She eventually started sitting on the scale in hopes of getting her treat faster!Mama Goose is around three years old and is excited to put the title of mom in the past and be someone’s new companion. Since her babies have become independent, she’s come into her own. She loves exploring her foster house and chilling with her foster mom while she works or watches TV in the evening. She loves being near her foster mom, giving and receiving kisses, playing with string and fuzzy mice, and catching flies. Mama Goose is not one to smother you with affection, but she does demand it when you come into her room and incorporates drive-by requests for attention throughout the day and evening.Mama has lived in an apartment with other cats and with slow introduction should be able to integrate with resident cats. She has seen her large breed foster dog sister from afar multiple times with only a slight reaction. We anticipate she could learn to coexist with a calm disinterested dog given enough time and vertical space. If you are looking for a confident sweet cat that likes affection and to be near you - but won’t smother you - Mama Goose is your girl!

This cat has been combo-tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, received all age-appropriate vaccinations and is altered.
