Hi! My name is Dotty. I entered foster care when my owner became homeless and then I surprised my foster mom that evening by giving birth to kittens! My kittens are all ready for adoption so now it is my turn to find my forever home.<br/><br/>I am still cautious around people, but I am very friendly and will jump up on my back feet for an ear scratch. I do not like to be restrained so might not be a match for young children.<br/><br/>My $75 adoption fee includes the cost of my spay surgery, vaccinations, microchip, and combo test for FIV/FeLeuk.<br/><br/>Please consider adopting me. I would make a great addition to a cat friendly home or as a barn cat.

For Every Living Thing in Virginia (FELT)'s Adoption Policy
Adopters must: • Provide inside only homes, with the exception of barn cat placements and special situations where a cat has a behavioral or medical issue that requires outdoor living. • Have another young dog, cat, or rabbit living in the home if adopting a young kitten or puppy. • Be over the age of 18 and have permission from the person who owns the residence. • Not have a history of animal abuse or neglect. • Have had all current dogs and cats spayed/neutered and vaccinated unless there is a medical reason. • Have everyone living in the home agree to adopting a new pet. • Have permission from the homeowner, landlord, etc. to adopt the pet. • Provide a reference and have an established veterinarian for any current pets. Any exceptions to the conditions provided above require approval of the Executive Director or the Board.
