Mama Boomchickapop and her Popcorn boys Jolly Time and Jiffy Pop were sprung from the shelter a few weeks ago. Mama was confused at first but soon realized this was the best day of her life. Her freedom ride to our foster home and rescue. <br/><br/>She soon became one of the most affectionate cats we’ve ever known. Giving us head butts of love, coming to us to be pet and for lots of affection and attention,<br/>and then heading back to take care of her young babies who needed to be fed and mothered.<br/><br/>As her kittens grew up and became more independent, she started enjoying time to herself. She loves hanging out on the couch with us watching TV, looking out the window at the dogs and the birds, and of course, taking naps in the sun.<br/><br/>In a few weeks when her kittens are weaned, she will be getting spayed as well as receiving her vaccine booster and microchip. <br/><br/>She has her rabies vaccine, has been screened for parasites and dewormed multiple times, and is FIV and Feline Leukemia negative. She is absolutely purrfect. <br/><br/>The shelter tells us that she lived with other cats in her first home and everyone got along beautifully. <br/><br/>Boomchickapop’s adoption fee is $50. <br/><br/>If interested in becoming an approved adopter, please fill out the non-binding adoption application on our website VintageRacersForRescues.com..<br/><br/>Our foster home is in the Blanch, NC. Only one hour from Durham, Greensboro and Chapel Hill. Once approved to adopt, we can set up a meet and greet.
