Malibu is a 10-week-old little ray of sunshine with the perfect mix of playful and chill. She loves chasing mouse toys and batting around catnip goodies, showing off her adorable bounce... but she knows when it's time to relax, too.<br/><br/>She's not a nonstop zoomie machine--Malibu prefers short bursts of fun followed by quality hang-out time. She isn't clingy, but she does love being near her people, soaking up the good vibes and keeping you company.<br/><br/>She hasn't been formally tested with other cats, dogs, or kids yet, but based on her sweet, easygoing personality, we believe she'd do just fine with furry (and human) friends with proper introductions.<br/><br/>Malibu is currently on a simple daily routine of Miralax and lactulose to help keep her tummy regular. Both are affordable, easy-to-give medications, and she does great with them.<br/><br/>If you're looking for a playful, gentle kitten who's happy to be your little sidekick, Malibu might be your perfect match. 🐾✨<br/><br/>Malibu has an appointment in Providence, Rhode Island, for their spay/neuter on Dec 29, 2025. This appointment is included in the cost of adoption, but the adopter is responsible for getting the cat to/from the appointment (8 am drop off, 2 pm pick up).<br/><br/>We are unable to reschedule this due to the limited availability of low-cost spay/neuter appointments. If you cannot accommodate a weekday appointment, we ask that you consider adopting a kitty that is already spayed/neutered.<br/><br/>___________________________<br/><br/>Spay & Neuter Disclosure:<br/><br/>To facilitate adoptions and open more foster space, this kitten is being adopted with a spay-neuter adoption agreement. An appointment for services has been scheduled and the adopter will be responsible for transportation and post-surgical care. Appointment information will be provided during the application process and the spay/neuter cost is inclusive of the adoption fee. The adopter is responsible for providing an e-collar and monitoring the incision site for infection. Our foster-based program is 100% volunteer-powered. We do not have a facility or shelter with regular visiting hours. Out of respect for the time, privacy, and safety of our foster families, we require an approved adoption application before scheduling a meet and greet with a foster cat. <br/><br/>Our goal is to place cats in their best-matched homes and facilitate lifelong adoptions. We do not review applications on a first-come, first-serve basis. We believe that veterinary care is an important part of cat guardianship. As such, a veterinary check is part of our adoption process. Our goal is to contact applicants within 96 business hours of receiving their application. During kitten season, wait times may be longer due to the influx of applications. We are all volunteers and kindly ask for your patience! <br/><br/>All Ten Lives cats are spayed or neutered, receive age-appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLv and parasites, dewormed, treated for fleas, and microchipped. These services are inclusive of the adoption fee.
