Mako's Story

Don't let her name discourage you. She was quite the ravenous baby when she first came to us when it came to her bottles and kitten mush, she ate like it was her last meal or but through formula nipples. She has since out grown that, don't get us wrong she still loves food but she doesn't go as crazy at mealtime.
Mako is actually very sweet a little shy, adorable and affectionate with her foster mom. Mako loves cuddles, brushing and kisses anytime she can. She has grown up surrounded by other kittens/cats and dogs and does well with all the friendly ones.
She came to us at about 5 weeks old but very malnourished and skinny, it may have had something to do with the fact the homeowner didn't know she existed until she fell through their ceiling tiles, along with the other kittens from the litter.
She would probably do best in a quiet home, with maybe another cat to coax her to being out and about. Even though she doesn't mind you g children handling her their business makes her a bit nervous, so kids more like 12yrs or older are maybe best.
Mako has been chipped, dewormed, is negative for FeLV/FIV, Distemper, and Coccidia/Giardia, spayed and microchipped.
To get more information, please call/text foster parent at (218)640-1930 or (218)371-1212.
