She can still climb, balance, jump and hunt with surprising agility. Those long legs give her a reach that would make even Robin Hood jealous!

Marion has a thyroid condition that requires lifelong medication, but she's a very good patient and happily takes her pills mixed into wet food or Churu. She'll need routine health monitoring, but she's otherwise enjoying life and showing us that 15 is just a number!

She's an easy girl when it comes to the basics. She reliably uses her litter box, loves wet food and enjoys all kinds of soft treats. She does best with a fountain or simple water dish where she can easily see and reach the water.

Marion isn't a traditional lap cat, but she loves being near her people. She'll often settle nearby, keeping you company while graciously allowing an occasional ear scratch.

She's also wonderfully low-key with other cats. She'll happily give them their space—and expects the same in return. Already have a Little John or Friar Tuck? Marion could be quite content to join them. She'd also be perfectly happy as your one-and-only.

For the right adopter, Marion's adoption fee will be waived. We want her next home to be about finding the person who will cherish her, not the cost of adoption.

After 15 years, Marion deserves a quiet, loving forever home where she can be safe, comfortable and adored.

You must be at least 21 years of age to adopt from us. We accept online/electronic credit or debit card pre-payments for adoptions (no cash).

NOTE: Please do not ask us to HOLD a cat/kitten for you. Our space is very limited as we don't have a facility.

Laurel Cats does not have a shelter or storefront. Our kittens and cats are placed in the homes of loving volunteer fosters until they are adopted. This means our cats are accustomed to being handled and loved. Please ask questions if you're interested in any of our cats

Since Laurel Cats is primarily a spay and neuter group rather than a rescue with a shelter, the cats that we have for adoption are living at the homes of our volunteers. Please contact us and we will gladly put you in touch with the volunteers caring for these cats. Finding volunteer foster space is challenging, and once a cat or kitten is ready for adoption we are naturally keen to free up the space in order to help more cats and kittens in need. We therefore ask that you only apply to adopt one of our cats or kittens if you are in a position to take them immediately, subject to a home check.
