Mai's Story

Hello, my name is Mai. I was the most shy kitten of my littermates and I'm the only one still waiting for my forever home. I love to find a safe kitty cubby spot to observe what's going on around me and also to snuggle into a warm blanket. When lying down, I like to get pets; that helps me come out of my shell. My foster mom is patient &and helps me trust by giving me the squeeze-up tube kitty treats. I also enjoy playing with a wand toy with her. I can be a little bit vocal. I've been with other cats my entire life and would probably be best adopted into a home that has another sweet kitty that will help me continue to be brave. If you are interested in adopting a CAWS pet, please fill out an online application at https://caws.org/adoption-application
