Magnus- the best boy!'s Story
Magnus is living proof that a rough beginning doesn’t get to decide the rest of your story. Roughly 13 years old, this remarkable boy still carries the spirit of a kitten in both his heart and his paws. He was found outside skinny, lonely, and suffering from severe dental issues—including a hole in the roof of his mouth. After many trips to a veterinary dental specialist and lots of dedicated care, Magnus’s mouth is now in great shape, and he’s finally able to enjoy life the way he always deserved to.

Magnus does have a couple of ongoing medical notes: he has early kidney disease, which is well supported with a special prescription diet, and he is FIV+. Neither has slowed him down one bit. Magnus is active, curious, and full of life—proof that labels don’t define a cat’s ability to thrive and love.

In his foster home, it became immediately clear that Magnus was meant to be a house cat. He adores people and wants to be part of everything you’re doing. He’s the kind of cat who follows you from room to room, supervises your daily activities, and happily soaks up every bit of attention he can get. His ideal home would be one full of love—especially a busy household with lots of people or kids to dote on him—but Magnus would be just as happy with any loving person willing to open their heart and home to him. He has also done well with small dogs.

Magnus has already survived more than most cats ever should, and through it all, he’s remained endlessly sweet, affectionate, and joyful. He’s not looking for perfection—just warmth, companionship, and a family to finally call his own. If you’re ready to welcome a cat who will love you with his whole heart, Magnus is ready to give you all of his. Fill out an application here: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FMAS/Cat
