Maggie Rose's Story

Is it love? Or is it your skill with opening the Fancy Feast cans? With Maggie it's LOVE! In the morning she wants to greet me, not race for the food. Maggie wants pats, scratches, and massages. She trades lovely purrs for the pleasure of your attention.
Can she play? You bet. Maggie scampers after balls, mousies, even ping pong balls. She really likes wand toys but be careful - she also really likes to bite the strings in half. Your toy may end up looking like a Boy Scout was practicing knots on it.
Hobbies? She is a practitioner of the universal feline hobby - Window Watching. She might also enjoy meditating but that's difficult to prove as she seems ever alert.
Maggie is a sweetheart. She loves to be loved, to climb up high, but also to stretch out for a tummy rub. She was rescued from a home where a child constantly picked on her and she spent a lot of time hiding. She is a well-adjusted girl but allow her a bit of Kitty PTSD. Maggie likes to feel safe and have a quiet place to chill. She has her own room but likes to have her bed in the open closet.
She gets along with other cats and has lived with a friendly dog.We only adopt to people in the St. Louis METRO area.
