Available for Foster!!! Meet miss Maggie, a wonderful senior kitty! Maggie is a super sweet 16 years old calico. She's recently lost her person whom she's spent her entire life with. We will take care of all of Maggie’s costs- you will not need to pay anything ! She likes humans but she needs to be the only pet in a quiet home. She is in good shape and playful. She could live many more years! She is very talkative. Maggie loves snuggling on your lap when you watch TV, or nap with you at your feet. coast. BONUS: Maggie comes with her cat tree, litter box, bowls, and a powered recliner super comfy chair -She has hyperthyroidism and must take one pill every 12 hours She loves food and will just gobble it in a treat. If she needs medical attention, vet visits etc. we will pay for these appointments. Maggie is available for Foster to a home with - no other animals - and she must be kept - indoors only - absolutely no exceptions !! You must be located on the Sunshine Coast and open to home visits from time to time so we are able to check in on Miss Maggie. Marmalade Animal Rescue Society's Adoption Policy

Potential adopters will fill out an application and send it back to the rescue organization. Once the rescue has gone through eligible applications, We then set up meet and greet appointments, from there on we will contact at least two references if we feel like the potential adopter is the right match for the Animal they are inquiring about, Once reference checks have come back we sit down and do a second meet and greet appointment with potential adopter and Animal up for adoption. In certain situations home visits/ checks are done to Ensure the proper space and safety for adoptable animals.
