Meet Maeve, a devoted mama who is finally ready for a family of her own.<br/><br/>Maeve arrived at animal control while pregnant, but sadly, her kittens were born prematurely and did not survive. Before her final baby passed away, Maeve was introduced to an orphaned kitten who needed a mother. She welcomed that baby as her own and lovingly raised the kitten until they were healthy, independent, and ready for adoption.<br/><br/>Now, after taking such wonderful care of someone elses baby, it is Maeves turn to be cherished.<br/><br/>Maeve is an incredibly friendly, curious, and affectionate cat who loves being near her people. Whether you are relaxing on the couch or moving from room to room, she will happily follow along, soaking up pets, attention, and companionship. She is the kind of cat who wants to be part of your everyday life and will fill her home with love, purrs, and gentle devotion.<br/><br/>Maeve has minor fogginess on one eye likely from an old injury while she was living as a stray. She received treatment for a mild eye infection after coming into rescue, and the remaining cloudiness does not take away from her beauty or her sweet spirit.<br/><br/>Maeve is spayed, microchipped, and current on her vaccinations. She has spent long enough caring for others. Now she is ready to find someone who will care for her just as deeply.
