Maestro's Story

🎼 Meet Maestro 🎼
Professional crooner. Part-time cuddle connoisseur.

Maestro is a handsome tuxedo gentleman who believes life is better with a soundtrack. He "serenades" us daily with his meow-sical talents, offering everything from soft ballads to enthusiastic encore performances when it's dinner time. If you've ever wanted a cat who narrates life with song, Maestro is ready to take center stage in your home.

Maestro came to us after having an injured leg caused by an abscessed bite wound--an all-too-common outcome for the kind, non-confrontational cats who don't start fights but sadly end up on the losing side of them. During treatment, he tested positive for FIV. The good news? Maestro has healed beautifully and is feeling great, with plenty of energy left for his daily concerts.

A quick note on FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus):
FIV is a cat-only condition that affects the immune system. It is not contagious to people or other types of animals, and it is typically spread through deep bite wounds. Many FIV+ cats live long, healthy, happy lives with routine vet care and indoor living. Maestro can even live peacefully with other friendly cats, especially those who aren't inclined to throw down in a feline mosh pit.

Maestro doesn't let his diagnosis define him--he's focused on the things that matter: cozy naps, good meals, gentle companionship, and making sure no moment goes by without the proper musical accompaniment. All he's missing now is a forever home where his voice can truly shine.

Ready to add a little harmony to your life? Maestro is prepared to be the purr-fect soloist in your household orchestra.
