Madeline's Story
Madeline adult (1-2 yrs) 9 lbs domestic medium hair

Madeline is the quiet anchor of the bread litter — a devoted mama who raised a whole basket of loaves and now she's ready for a couch of her own. She's calm to her core, the kind of cat who doesn't need to be entertained so much as accompanied. Her ideal evening: claiming the ottoman, supervising from a respectful distance, then migrating over for a movie once you've settled in. She's not much for chasing toys — she'd rather be your low-maintenance shadow, present in every room you're in without ever asking for much.

She's wonderful with other cats and fully litterbox trained. We don't yet know how she does with kids or dogs, so a calmer household would suit her best while she gets her bearings.

If you want a serene, affectionate companion who treats "hanging out" as a love language and naps like it's a competitive sport, Madeline's your girl.

good with: cats (yes!), kids/dogs (unknown)
litterbox: trained
temperament: calm, affectionate, easygoing
energy: low
loves: comfy spots, movie nights, being wherever you are
ideal home: laid-back, plenty of nap spots, someone who values quiet company
