Soaked, shivering, and all alone, she was desperate for someone to rescue her—and thankfully, someone did. Associates working at Macy’s and shoppers heard her and followed her meowing to the parking lot bushes.<br/><br/>It took four people with cell phone flashlights to identify where she was in the shrubbery. We later learned that she had been seen several weeks prior living with someone in the homeless community.<br/><br/>Macy is the definition of a social butterfly. She loves chasing toys, exploring every nook and cranny, and cuddling up after a long day of play.<br/><br/>She is being fostered alongside Phoenix who is deaf has taken a nurturing role to his sweet little baby friend. She adores her feline friends and will need another cat in the home.<br/><br/>What Macy Needs:<br/>• A Loving Home: Macy thrives on attention and affection. She’s looking for a family who will shower her with love and plenty of playtime.<br/>• Companionship. <br/><br/>Macy’s sweet meows and bright eyes remind us all of how much love and hope can fit into a tiny body. She’s a survivor and she’s thankful for her savior and foster momma Janice for saving her life!<br/><br/>The first step in our adoption process is the application which can be found on our website lapcats.org.<br/><br/>All of our cats have tested negative for FELV and are fully vaccinated. They have not only been spayed or neutered but have also been treated for worms, fleas, and have been micro chipped.<br/><br/>We will register their microchip for you, provide you with a free exam visit to a participating Sacramento veterinarian, and a goodie bag!
