He is cautious of new people initially but warms up to patient people.  He verbalizes his need for pets and enjoys interactive toy play (battery operated or teaser type, especially daBird which must be supervised during play), chasing the red dot, staying close to his humans, sitting in a window watching the world outside, wrestling with his brother, Snow, and checking out new things.  He may roll over and show off his belly for some side belly rubs, but belly pets still trigger play responses and he may gently grab your hand then get confused as to why it was there and roll back upright to avoid it.  Mac used to enjoy snuggles and kisses but has regressed being in the busy rescue with so many visitors, cats, and noises. Although he is not completely loving it yet, after some special attention Mac is doing okay with being held for a short time and is sticking around for some lap time.
