Lyra

Lyra’s Story<br/><br/>Lyra is a female shorthair Tortie/Tabby mix of the cutest kind. She has mostly a tabby colored body, but is sprinkled with orange including a splotch of orange on the top of her head. She is a little on the petite side like her sisters. (Lyra is one of the litter of five from the Heartland area and came to KFF at 4 weeks of age, born February 25th). Lyra is super sweet and outgoing. She is probably the little “ring leader” of the litter and is the brave one to try new things. She was the first to play with some of the interactive toys and the first one to explore the area outside of the quarantine area once the kittens were able to be released into the whole foster house. Lyra is very interactive with her foster parents and enjoys being picked up for snuggles and kisses. She purrs nonstop and you can usually hear it across the room. Lyra is very bonded to her sisters Selene and Carina as the three look and act like triplets. If you’re looking for a kitten/cat that will be totally interactive with you, Lyra and her sisters will be part of your shadow. Since Lyra is bonded with her siblings, we are looking for a home where the “triplets” can be together if possible. They are really wonderful individuals, but truly remarkable together.
