Ly-Ly's Story

Hi, I'm Ly-Ly (pronounced "lie" "lie"). I'm an approximately 1-year-old petite tabby who can be a bit spicy or very sweet depending on my mood! I was supposedly found in someone's yard in January 2023, and I was friendly so they assumed I was someone's pet. However, no owner came forward so Feline Lifeline took me in. At first, I hissed and was afraid of strangers, but after a week or so, I showed them I was indeed a sweetheart who simply needs time to adjust to new people. I have the cutest meow and love to be petted. I'd love to find a forever home so I can feel safe and loved, because I will surely show plenty of love in return! And while no one knows for certain, I do have some of the trademark characteristics of an abyssinian (petite, muscular body with a sleek black stripe along my backbone) so volunteers think I might be a special mix! One thing important to note: I do NOT like other cats and would do best as the only pet.

OUR ADOPTION PROCESS: Please apply for adoption by filling out an application at www.FelineLifelineSC.org. Once your application is reviewed, a volunteer will contact you within 48 hours for an interview by phone or send an email. (Be sure to check your "SPAM" folder.) If approved, we will schedule a meeting between you and the cat to make sure you both like each other. Please be aware we have a variable adoption fee that ranges from $75 to $300, depending on how much money we've invested in the cat. Thank you for your interest!
