Luther's Story
If you look up the definition of "adorable" in the dictionary you will find Luther's photo next to it. He is a very outgoing kitten who loves to play, is adventurous, and fears nothing. This little baby came to us at just 6 weeks old after his mother was killed by a car. His finder noticed he had issues going to the bathroom and discovered he has Manx Syndrome, which results from poor formation of the lower spine. This means little Luther has no tail and a shortened body making him look like the cutest little puff ball! Manx Syndrome also causes him to have less feeling in his hind end resulting in some incontinence. This is partially controlled by medication and IS improving with age, but he still has some accidents. Luther absolutely loves people and toys, and he's not at all particular about which people or toys they are. He has been in a foster home with another kitten and they are BFFs who spend their days jumping, climbing, wrestling, and having an all around great time together! Luther would love to find a forever family with another cat but overall he is just a happy little guy who loves life and will be content wherever he goes!
